ÉCLORE (eclore.black) is an app for babies, operated by their parents, and made by Bright Voyage Inc., an Ontario, Canada corporation. This policy describes what the app and this website collect. Privacy is the responsibility of the CEO of Bright Voyage Inc. Questions and requests: eclore.black@brightvoyage.ca.
This website
No cookies, no analytics, and no third-party requests of any kind. The only trace of a visit is the server's security log, described in the Data Policy.
The app - what is collected
The app has no accounts and asks for no permissions. To tune how it responds to real children and to understand whether it earns your child's time, it records anonymous usage data:
- a random install identifier, generated on first launch - never derived from your device;
- device model, operating system version, screen size, and app version;
- usage events: when an animation starts, ends, is paused or resumed, and when the app goes to the background;
- motion-sensor and screen-touch measurements, recorded only while the player screen is open.
What is never collected
- no name, email address, or account of any kind;
- no location;
- no advertising identifiers, no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs;
- no access to contacts, photos, camera, or microphone;
- no IP addresses in the usage data - the address is stripped before a record is written. See the Data Policy for how literally we mean this.
Children
ÉCLORE is made for babies of 9 to 18 months and is operated by a parent or guardian. The app collects no personal information from anyone - child or adult. The data we record cannot be traced to a child, a parent, a device, or a household.
Retention and deletion
Data is kept while it is useful for tuning the app. Because the data is anonymous, we cannot tell which records came from your installation - so there is no personal data we could locate, hand over, or delete.
Changes
Any change to this policy will be posted on this page.
